The Audio Importer utility allows you to convert any MP3 audio file into a VIQ Solutions format that can be imported into your CourtFLOW or Encompass system.
You'll be able to convert audio from older analog recording devices or even VIQ's competitor's systems into the native VIQ format. Audio Importer can even convert XML annotations. You'll be able to access the audio and annotations just as you would any other case in your CourtFLOW or Encompass system.
