The Encompass Pro suite is the most sophisticated of VIQ's recording solutions. A flexible solution, Encompass Pro can be configured to match the user's needs, from standalone recording to multi-tier, country-wide recording and management in multiple locations.
For standalone recording to a local hard drive, Encompass Pro Workstation provides digital audio and video recording with integrated text annotations and multimedia attachments. Customizable speaker/event buttons, hotkeys and case lists facilitate detailed annotations and aid transcriptionists. The "Easy Search" feature quickly locates cases based on a range of criteria including date/time, location, case number, and judge. Read-after-write confidence monitoring while recording ensures signal strength and quality. Encompass Pro also offers integration to case management systems, the ability to seal cases, and customizable "quick start" features to make the capture process smooth and efficient. Tne Encompass Pro Workstation is available as a software-only solution or as a all-in-one digital recording appliance.
For courts or hearings that require redundancy and recording in multiple locations, the multi-tiered Encompass Pro solution, consisting of multiple Encompass Pro Workstations, Encompass Pro Middle Tier and Encompass Pro Central Server, provides secure, synchronized digital audio and video capture. Encompass Pro's automated real-time or on-demand synchronization process copies audio and case information to the servers for automatic security, retention and redundancy.
