The ICM Tool seamlessly transports information from your case management system into your CourtFLOW or Encompass recording system for customized digital recording with no data re-entry required. The ICM Tool is compatible with leading case management systems, including CM/ECF.
The ICM Tool uses the information already entered in your case management database, saving you the time and effort of re-entering it into your Encompass or CourtFLOW system. At any point before recording begins, the operator can use the ICM Tool to quickly and easily search through the case management database and create a case list for the day. When a case comes before the judge, the operator selects the case from the list and recording begins automatically. The CourtFLOW or Encompass interface is automatically populated with the specific participants and information for that case, without the operator having to key in any additional information.
