VIQ's Player utilities allow you to access CourtFLOW or Encompass audio from the privacy of your home or office.
For judges, lawyers, and other court officials, the player allows you to review testimony and court proceedings at your leisure from your own personal computer along with any annotations you might have made as a private annotator. For the transcriptionist, the player transforms an ordinary computer into a professional transcribe station, complete with USB foot pedal support and adjustable playback speed.
Each player comes in either Networked or Standalone configuration. The Networked version of the utilities is completely integrated into the CourtFLOW or Encompass system. You can log in like any other user on the network and review any audio on the system. The Standalone utilities act outside the CourtFLOW or Encompass systems for playback and annotations in remote locations.
VIQ also offers the VIQ Player, a free utility that can be used to playback and transcribe audio from the CourtFLOW, Encompass or RecordIAB product suites. The player utility can be downloaded free of charge from the support section of our website.
