VIQ is renowned in the digital audio industry for our the expertise of our Technical Support department. Our Technical Support engineers are specially trained on all VIQ software and supported hardware. With over 50 years combined experience, our technical support team can troubleshoot any issue with ease.

Our Technical Support engineers can provide assistance over email, phone or remote assistance via the Internet. Our support hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. After-hours support may be available by special request or by appointment.

Contact Support

To provide the best possible client support, VIQ's Technical Support team will be requesting a valid Software Support and Maintenance (SSM) contract number and date on all support calls. Clients who do not have a valid maintenance agreement will be charged on an hourly basis for support services.
