In our quest to provide the best possible client support, VIQ's Technical Support team will be requesting a valid Software Support Agreement contract number and date on all support calls. Our engineers will also request the name of the client's present dealer in order to provide feedback and opportunities to our channel. Clients who do not have a valid maintenance agreement will be charged on an hourly basis for support services.
